Unfortunatley, I had a very disagreeable meal at your restaurant yesterday. Initially, things seemed fine, as we were welcomed warmly and were even given a heater by our table, as the room was a little cold. However, things took a turn for the worse, as after ordering our food, it never materialised. After 45 minutes, we finally got a reorder that had arrived, but the waiter was not at all friendly to us and we seemed to be an inconvenience. Having had so many issues, I requested a refund from the staff member and was to my surprised told, that this would not be possible.
Following all these issues, you can imagine that I am not at all happy with this situation. Therefore, please give me a full refund immediately for the very poor meal and include a receipt. Moreover, I hope that you immediately upgrade your staff training, as it seems entirely unsatisfactory. Perhaps you might be suprised to know, that I was previously a fan of your meals, but sadly this trust will take a long time to rebuild.
