When listening in English, many times you may have difficulty understanding what native speakers may be saying. There can be a couple of reasons for that. First of all, they may be using vocabulary that you are not so familiar with. Secondly, the style of speech might mean that words are linked together and thus sound differently.
A useful page on this topic, is at EnglishClub.com - of course, if you can link your speech together, that can also help you to sound more like a native speaker - here is a link to that information: "https://www.englishclub.com/pronunciation/linking.htm".
